Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific quantity of flooring you wish to return.
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Securely repackage your items in their original boxes and ensure the materials are palletized or bundled safely for transport.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Once your return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label or coordinate a freight carrier to collect the materials from your location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt at our warehouse, our team will inspect the products for damage, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
