Can I order samples before making a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can select up to five samples for a small fee, which is fully refundable once you place a full flooring order with us.
How do you handle shipping for heavy flooring pallets?
We use specialized freight carriers to ensure your flooring arrives safely. Most orders are delivered curbside within 7-10 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for overstock or unused boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All Arko Flooring products come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 15 years to a lifetime, depending on the specific product line and whether it is installed in a residential or commercial setting.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we primarily supply the materials, we provide detailed installation guides for DIYers and can recommend certified local contractors in your area to help you complete your project.
